ANNUAL SURVEY OF STATE QUITLINES

North American Quitline Consortium

The North American Quitline Consortium’s (NAQC’s) annual survey provides insight into how states address smoking cessation, trends in smoking cessation, and best practices for smoking cessation efforts. Mason Epi served as the survey’s data analyst from 2016 to 2019. 

As such, Mason Epi summarized data on the topics of quitline budgets, services provided, treatment reach, tobacco quit rates, and special population reach. 

In addition to providing clean raw data and creating variables in Excel and SPSS, Mason Epi provided statistical results for and review of NACQ publications and presentations. Some of these are available as fact sheets and issue papers on the NACQ website.
